Happy Tooth Express - Mobile Dental Unit

The Florida Department of Health in Duval County Dental Program provides a school based dental care program. The two mobile dental units, Happy Tooth Express and Smile Express, visit elementary schools in Duval County providing services to Pre-K through 5th Grade students who are eligible for the Free and Reduced Lunch Program. The services provided to these students are dental examinations at least once a year, dental cleanings, fluoride treatments, oral hygiene instructions, and dental sealants as needed. The mobile units are staffed by licensed dentists.
