Infectious and Communicable Disease Services provides timely information about health problems, such as tuberculosis and sexually transmitted diseases (STDs). This division implements prevention strategies and provides education, counseling, and testing for STDs. Immunizations are provided for people traveling overseas and for refugees.

Epidemiology Program

HIV/AIDS

Provides on-site lab and x-ray exams, mental health and substance abuse counseling for patients, referrals for case management, dental care, and pharmacy services. For more information, call 904-253-1040.

Refugee Health

Sexually Transmitted Diseases
