Northbound Community Church invites you to attend a Community Health Fair where they will be promoting health and wellness in 2023! Attendees will have the opportunity to
- Speak with a licensed pharmacist
- Get health screenings
- Kid ID checks
- and more!
DOH-Duval’s Overdose Data to Action (OD2A) team will be onsite to offer Narcan nasal spray and substance misuse disorder prevention information. A representative from the DOH-Duval Emergency Preparedness team will also be present to help the community prepare ahead of severe weather or other disaster situations.
