Infectious and communicable disease services provides timely information about health issues, such as tuberculosis and sexually transmitted infections (STIs). This division implements prevention strategies and provides education, counseling, and testing for STIs. Immunizations are provided based on request.

Provides on-site lab and x-ray exams, mental health and substance abuse counseling for patients, referrals for case management, dental care, and pharmacy services. For more information, call 904-253-1040.
Refugee Health

Sexually Transmitted Infections
