Hours: Monday - Friday, 8 a.m. - 5 p.m. The office is closed daily from noon - 1 p.m. for lunch.

  • HIV Positive
  • Ryan White Notice of Eligibility

  • Current labs (CBC, CD4 Count, Viral load, and LFTs, PT/PTT/INR)
  • Dental Services Provided
  • Dental Services NOT Provided
  • Complete Oral Exam
  • X-rays (as needed)
  • Restorations (amalgam and composite)
  • Extractions
  • Dentures and Partials
  • Prophylaxis (including deep cleaning)
  • Cosmetic Dentistry (bonding and crowns)
  • Bridges
  • Periodontics
  • Orthodontics
  • Root Canal
  • Extensive Oral Surgery
