DOH-Duval to Host Fall Health Fair

The Florida Department of Health in Duval County (DOH-Duval) invites the community to attend the Preventing Health Scares Health Fair on Friday, October 11, 2024.
The event will be held from 10 a.m. – 2 p.m. at:
Central Health Plaza
515 W. 6th St.
Jacksonville, FL 32206
DOH-Duval, along with 40 local community partners, will provide health screenings, health resources, free immunizations, information, and more. There will be music, food trucks, and giveaways! Preregistration is not required.
