DOH-Duval Reschedules Fall Health Fair

Duval County, Fla. — The Florida Department of Health in Duval County (DOH-Duval) has postponed Friday’s Preventing Health Scares Health Fair due to expected impacts from Hurricane Milton. The event has been rescheduled for Friday, October 25, 2024.

The event will be held from 10 a.m. – 2 p.m. at:

Central Health Plaza
515 W. 6th St.
Jacksonville, FL 32206

DOH-Duval, along with local community partners, will provide health screenings, health resources, free immunizations, information, and more. There will be music, food trucks, and giveaways!  Preregistration is not required.

The Department, nationally accredited by the Public Health Accreditation Board, works to protect, promote, and improve the health of all people in Florida through integrated state, county, and community efforts.
