Preventing Health Scares Community Health Fair

Join the Florida Department of Health in Duval County for our fall health fair! We will have over 40 community partners providing health screenings, health resources, and information. Come out and learn how to get healthy and prevent health scares this season.

Precision Imaging Mobile Mammography Unit will be providing on-site screenings by appointment only. To find out if you qualify for a mammogram, please contact Katrina Shaw at 904-253-2521 or email Katrina.Shaw@flhealth.gov.
