The Jacksonville Alumni Chapter of Kappa Alpha Psi Fraternity, Inc. presents a
Health and Wellness Community Event and Food Distribution
Local health and community partners will provide:
- COVID-19 testing, vaccines, and boosters (for all eligible age groups)
- COVID-19 education, $25 Walmart gift card and $15 Harvey's gift card to those who receive COVID-19 vaccine
- Blood pressure screenings
- Blood sugar screenings
- School immunizations
- Hepatitis A and B immunizations
- Food distribution (walk-up only, no drive-up)
- Obamacare and other health insurance enrollment opportunities
- Schedule
