The Florida Department of Health in Duval County will be onsite all weekend at the Jacksonville Jazz Festival! We will be providing the following no-cost health servcies to the community:
- COVID-19 vaccinations
- HIV testing
- Health Education
Look for our Mobile Medical Unit.
