Free COVID-19 Vaccines
Walk-ins are welcome.
Moderna, Pfizer and Johnson & Johnson COVID-19 vaccines available while supplies last.
Vaccines are provided at no cost. A $10 food voucher will be given at each visit while supplies last.
ALL PERSONS 5 YEARS OF AGE AND OLDER ARE ELIGIBLE TO RECEIVE THE VACCINE IN FLORIDA
The Food & Drug Administration has approved the Pfizer COVID-19 vaccine for individuals 5 years of age or older. To obtain the vaccine in Florida, individuals 5-17 years of age must be accompanied by a guardian.
All Florida residents 18 years of age or older and persons providing goods and services to Floridians are eligible to receive any COVID-19 vaccine as prescribed by the Food and Drug Administration. Further, any individual who is providing or coordinating vaccines is encouraged to ensure that no COVID-19 vaccine is wasted.
PERSONS AGES 5-17: The Pfizer vaccine is authorized for persons age 5 and up. The Moderna and Janssen (Johnson and Johnson) vaccines are authorized for persons age 18 and up. All individuals under the age of 18 receiving a vaccine must be accompanied by a guardian.
COVID-19 BOOSTER DOSE INFORMATION
For individuals who received a Pfizer-BioNTech or Moderna COVID-19 vaccine, the following groups are eligible for a booster shot at 6 months or more after their initial series:
- 65 years and older
- Age 18+ who live in long-term care settings
- Age 18+ who have underlying medical conditions
- Age 18+ who work or live in high-risk settings
For individuals who received a Janssen (Johnson & Johnson) COVID-19 vaccine, booster shots are recommended for those who are age 18 and older and who were vaccinated two or more months ago.
