The Florida Department of Health in Duval County is providing walk-up COVID-19 testing at two City of Jacksonville Community Centers locations. No appointment required.

Moderna, Pfizer and Johnson & Johnson COVID-19 vaccines available.
Vaccines are provided at no cost. A $10 food voucher will be given at each visit (while supplies last.)
