This year's Preventing Health Scares Fall Health Fair on will take place on Saturday, October 31.
Duval County, Fla. — The Florida Department of Health in Duval County (DOH-Duval) invites the community to attend the fourth annual Preventing Health Scares Fall Health Fair on Saturday, October 31.
The event will be held from 9 a.m. – noon at:
Central Health Plaza
515 W. 6th St.
Jacksonville, FL 32206
DOH-Duval, along with 26 local community partners, will provide health screenings, health resources, information, and more. There will be music, activities for the entire family, and giveaways. Preregistration is not required.
