In 2020 to 2021, the Florida Department of Health in Duval County:

• Provided a total of 89,456 health-related visits
• Served a total of 42,240 clients
• Provided more than 32,500 Environmental Health Services
• Served 20,637 clients through the WIC program*
• Filled 17,250 prescriptions
• Wrote 9,526 health-based referrals through local schools
• Completed 3,001 face-to-face Healthy Start visits for infants
• Performed a total of 2,816 breast and/or cervical cancer screenings
• Investigated 1,946 reportable infectious diseases
• Treated 91% of STD cases within a two-week period
